I am passionate about supporting individuals, organizations and change makers to develop trust and connection to themselves, others and the world around them bringing lasting and transformative change into their personal and professional lives.

I offer integrated coaching,  powerful engaging workshops focussed on Emotional Intelligence and Mental fitness to develop ones capacity to handle life’s challenges with a positive mind set utilizing the skills of self-awareness, intention and purpose.

I spent 30 years as a teacher and I have experienced the joys and challenges that teachers face globally. As a lifelong learner wanting to break new ground and make a difference in Education I found the  scientifically –based training through Six Seconds global EQ network gave me the missing tools to increase – effectiveness, improve wellbeing, strengthen relationships and improve quality of life.   Bringing Social Emotional learning (SEL) into schools as an integral part of the curriculum is fundamental to our survival in this fast changing world. We need to prepare our children for future that requires the 4 C’s: critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity – this is my Nobel goal.

I specialised in Psychomotor Education and worked as a supervisor teaching and facilitating this programme at various schools.

I am a Narrative 4 – facilitator, we envision a world where young adults lead with empathy. We harness the power of story exchange to equip and embolden your adults to improve their lives communities and the world.

I am a mentor on The Mentorship board, mentoring a group of young business women in developing  leadership skills using the EQ model that defines, measures and improves their awareness of their performance and happiness so that the can achieve their true potential.

Anthony and I have been married for 36 years and live on a farm outside Pietermaritzburg, South Africa.  We are fortunate that we get to enjoy all that living close to nature has to offer.  My happy space is spending time on the veranda with family and friends and playing with my grandchildren in my garden.
